We are a busy, large footprint pharmacy based in a beautiful little town. With traditionally a high turnover in prescriptions and homehealth, we have identified some excellent opportunities to grow our team moving forward to continue to Improve our growing Community Focused Pharmacy. Your role will be to support our Homehealth department in advice, information, product assembly & maintenance, sales & Deliver to our Members in our community.

Job tasks and responsibilities

About this Position

You will be required to show proof of being vaccinated (Fluvax & Double – Covid) Due to being required to deliver to Nursing Homes when required.

You will be responsible for helping to maintain the Homehealth Department in presentation, Customer service & sales, assembly & maintenance of products in this department eg. Scooters, Wheelchairs, Walkers, Home Aids. Delivery of Homehealth products & collection & pick-up between the 2 Pharmacies when required. To help with deliveries to customers & Nursing Homes when required.You will also help to drive patient outcomes by engaging in meaningful and positive conversations about the patient’s health and their goals.
