A few common questions about our Medication Packing Service:
Q: What do I do if my GP makes changes to my medications?
Easy! We can change your MPS roll in store, all you need to do is bring in your MPS roll and a note or revised medication summary from your doctor to tell us what the medication changes are.
Q: What do I do if I am going on a holiday?
We require at least one weeks’ notice and can either have it ready for pick up in store or deliver to your door before you depart for your holiday. If you need to leave on short notice, we can post your medications directly to you once you know where you are going to be. (Charges apply).
Q: What do I do if I go to hospital?
Please notify the pharmacy when you are admitted to hospital. Once discharged if possible, please bring your MPS roll in store if there are any changes to your medication. Please note: most hospitals will not use your administration aid during your hospital stay, but it is still a good idea to take it with you as a record of your current medications.
Q: Can my pack be delivered?
Yes! We offer a free delivery service to all members within the Warwick area.
Q: What if I am not home for my delivery?
We will leave a note to say that we have called in, please phone the pharmacy at your earliest convenience to arrange for your pack to be picked up in store or for a possible re-delivery.
