Medication Packing

Medication Packing Services

Sick of having to juggle multiple medications, containers and boxes?

MPS packettes are small, easy to open pouches that hold up to 10 medications at each dose. These pre-packed sachets can even include vitamins or other non-script medications which you have to take regularly. Each is individually labelled with the medication and dose information and small enough to slip discreetly into your pocket or handbag. Whether you are at home or travelling they take the hassle out of managing medications.

No more sitting at the table surrounded by packets and counting tablets each week. No more trying to remember what you took when. Just rip off the next sachet in your roll and off you go.

You can pick up your new rolls fortnightly from our pharmacies, open 7 days, or we can arrange to deliver to your home or work.

We can keep your scripts on file and, with the approval of your doctor, we may be able to arrange script renewals when required- saving you even more time.

Pop into our Palmerin Street store to see some sample packettes and talk to our MPS team about how useful they can be.

MPS Frequently Asked Questions

A few common questions about our Medication Packing Service:

Q: What do I do if my GP makes changes to my medications?

Easy! We can change your MPS roll in store, all you need to do is bring in your MPS roll and a note or revised medication summary from your doctor to tell us what the medication changes are.

Q: What do I do if I am going on a holiday?

We require at least one weeks’ notice and can either have it ready for pick up in store or deliver to your door before you depart for your holiday. If you need to leave on short notice, we can post your medications directly to you once you know where you are going to be. (Charges apply).

Q: What do I do if I go to hospital?

Please notify the pharmacy when you are admitted to hospital. Once discharged if possible, please bring your MPS roll in store if there are any changes to your medication. Please note: most hospitals will not use your administration aid during your hospital stay, but it is still a good idea to take it with you as a record of your current medications.

Q: Can my pack be delivered?

Yes! We offer a free delivery service to all members within the Warwick area.

Q: What if I am not home for my delivery?

We will leave a note to say that we have called in, please phone the pharmacy at your earliest convenience to arrange for your pack to be picked up in store or for a possible re-delivery.

We thank you for allowing us to look after all your medication needs and if you have any issues, please call us directly on 4667 1840.
