We have an excellent opportunity available for an Administration Assistant.

The position is part-time, with specific hours to be discussed upon successful application. Flexibility may be required based upon needs.

Job tasks and responsibilities:

  • Assist with data entry of accounts payable & accounts receivable.
  • Data entry of weekly & monthly account journals & transactions.
  • Import data from external sources/software programs.
  • Daily banking.
  • Assist with customer account queries.
  • Assist with general office processes – filing, electronic correspondence, mail, change orders.

Some required skills:

  • Good organisational skills.
  • Ability to prioritise & an eye for detail.
  • Good computer skills – word, excel, outlook, teams.
  • Basic book-keeping skills.
