We have an excellent opportunity available for an Administration Assistant.
The position is part-time, with specific hours to be discussed upon successful application. Flexibility may be required based upon needs.
Job tasks and responsibilities:
- Assist with data entry of accounts payable & accounts receivable.
- Data entry of weekly & monthly account journals & transactions.
- Import data from external sources/software programs.
- Daily banking.
- Assist with customer account queries.
- Assist with general office processes – filing, electronic correspondence, mail, change orders.
Some required skills:
- Good organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise & an eye for detail.
- Good computer skills – word, excel, outlook, teams.
- Basic book-keeping skills.
